    • Disinfect and sanitise all door and window surfaces and fixtures.
  • Pipes and Vents:
    • Eliminate dust, grease and mould from pipes and vents.
    • Disinfect and sanitise all pipe and vent surfaces and components.
  • Fire Extinguishers and Alarms:
    • Dust off and clean fire extinguishers and alarms.
    • Replace any expired or faulty parts and test for functionality.

Equipment Deep Cleaning

  • Slicers, Mixers and Blenders:
    • Rid blades, bowls and attachments of food residue, grease and rust.
    • Disinfect and sanitise all equipment surfaces and components.
  • Coffee Machines and Dispensers:
    • Remove scale, coffee grounds and stains.
    • Disinfect and sanitise surfaces and run a cleaning cycle with water and vinegar or a specialised product.
  • Knives and Utensils:
    • Clean knives and utensils from food residue, grease and rust.
    • Disinfect and sanitise and check for damages or defects. Sharpen knives as needed.

Worktop and Storage Deep Cleaning

  • Sinks and Faucets:
    • Clear away lime, scale and stains.

    • Remove food residue, stains and scratches.
    • Disinfect and sanitise and replace any worn or damaged items.

    • Disinfect and sanitise surfaces and update labels and expiry dates.
