Our Process

Each cleaning situation is different, but rest assured our experienced team can help to identify exactly what’s needed and ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible from start to finish. Here’s what we do:

Contact Us	Please Contact Us for a Free Competitive Quotation. An experienced member of our team will respond to your enquiry within 1 business day to discuss your requirements and together we can plan the level of work required.

FREE Survey and Quotation	Dependent on the complexity of the enquiry and scope of works, to prepare our free quotation we shall either: complete a telephone survey, backed up with photos and videos, if needed. arrange for a free site visit by an experienced qualified assessor to finalise requirements. Our surveys are comprehensive and provide a detailed assessment of the fire risk condition. The survey report will be accompanied by images with costings for providing a fully compliant service.

Preparation	Once we are given the instructions to proceed we will discuss with you the best time and day for this to be done. Our National Help Desk will then schedule your work and the information will be retained for future anniversary cleans. We will prepare the appropriate pre-clean documentation including Risk Assessments and Method Statements with COSHH in line with current Health and Safety Regulations.

Works Carried Out	Our experienced team will carry out the agreed scope of works at the agreed time.

After Care	After the work has been done we shall contact you to ensure that you are happy with the service provided and will give you our post-clean documentation, including future cleaning recommendations. We take before and after photographs which form part of our report, following the process of your clean to show clearly the improvements made and work carried out. This report will form part of your due diligence paperwork. We will also supply you with a certificate demonstrating your compliance with the latest British Standards and Health & Safety Acts and the guidelines set out in BESA TR19® for your health and safety records.
